I can’t imagine running a kitchen without a composting service. With compost containers on casters the traffic flow is unaffected and we save on the cost of can liners. Additionally, with One Can Compost we are able to keep over a thousand pounds of organic waste out of the landfill system each month. We have downsized our garbage dumpster, saving the business money and helping to save our natural environment - wins all around!
